Martec International is continuing to monitor developments with COVID-19. Most important during this period is the health and safety of employees, both Martec and at the companies we service and support.
Currently all Martec offices remain open, operational, and are fulfilling customer orders. Our geographical distribution benefits our business continuity plan and we will continue to manage the situation in alignment with those processes.
In support of Social Distancing to reduce the potential for community spread in person sales calls will only be done by specific request of the customer and only if it is deemed safe by both parties. Salespersons will continue to support by phone/email and ensuring that product continues to flow in support of your operations.
Deliveries will continue from the office currently supporting respective customer locations. If necessary, sourcing warehouse deliveries will be redirected. Should this occur we will reach out to advise on delivery time frames.
Our delivery personal will no longer ask for a signature upon receipt of goods to help reduce social contact and potential spread. During this time Martec personal will write the full name and date and time of delivery.
Office personnel in positions that do not require constant physical presence in the office will be working remotely.
At this time all offices will not be accepting visitors. All communications will take place by phone and/or email.
We continue to monitor any supply chain issues that may arise as a result of COVID-19. We will continue to communicate any issues as they arise.
